Booking Policy

A $40 non-refundable deposit books your slot and comes off your total; balance due in cash or Zelle. Arrive with hair washed, blow-dried, and product-free or add the Wash & Prep service. 15-minute grace period, then a $25 late fee; 30 minutes late is a cancellation and forfeits your deposit. One reschedule allowed with 72-hour notice. No extra guests.
